Today is a very exciting day for Tatum!!
It is her turn to be the un-bee-lievable kid of the week in her Kindergarten class!!
Each of the Kindergarten teachers/classes at the school have a different animal associated with them. There is a bear class, a lion class, a giraffe class and Tatum's class is all bumble bee.
She has been eagerly awaiting this day/week!
She got to fill in her beehive with all things special to her, decorate a bee and answer some questions about herself.
Let's just say I have NEVER seen her so excited to go to school!!!
(She usually fights me in the mornings and doesn't want to get ready for, or go to school?)
We completed the hive last night. She was really more interested in filling it with pictures of puppies and donuts. I had to reason with her to include her family?? But she loves how it turned out!!!
The child was up at 4:30 this morning!!!!
It truely must be quite an occasion to her...
She ate, put on a "special" sparkly outfit, flossed her teeth twice?? and put on "pink lips" (which means lipgloss).
Like I said, I usually fight this child to get ready??
Here she is packing her own backpack even (she never does this...I do it as we are walking out the door).
I should mention too...her brother is not even awake yet???
She hadn't even gotten on me yet about doing her piggies??

(I warned her teacher she has been up since 4:30 in case she doses off at some point??)
Can't wait to hear all about it when they get home!

Tatum is definitely un-bee-lievable! The poster is perfectly her. Congrats Taters, puppies and bees do go together!
