For once I forgot all about taking pictures and was just glad to catch up with them.
Luckily Jim grabbed the camera a few times too and got some candid shots.

When I told them about my aunt and cousin coming to visit Tatum referred to them as "the girls" with what was probably a hope that they were two little girls coming to play with her?

When Chase got home from school that day and sat to do his homework he lit up and showed me the first sentence on his homework with such pride :)
Tatum came home today from school and put on her new Cubs hat!Here she is doing her homework...
Since you left the kids have been asking more questions about you and where you live.
Hopefully we will get something in the works for a summer visit to Chicago!

So fun reading your post Linda! It did really fly by. Tell Chase and Tatum that I love seeing the pictures of them in their Cubs hats and you can tell Chase that his answer on his homework made me smile! :)
Great pictures Linda!! It's hard to believe it was last Sunday - we so enjoyed seeing you and Jim and meeting Chase and Tatum.
And a big thank you for opening up your house to us at the last minute and making us feel so welcome!
